Let me introduce myself.
As a Computer Science graduate, my primary focus was on Software Development but working under an MSP has greatly shifted my career to IT Operations as there were multiple systems that I had to administer to keep the services running. But I took that opportunity to incorporate my development skills and started implementing code for system automation and integration. I also had exposures to other roles such as Helpdesk Technician and Ransomware Consultant under the same company.

Born and raised in Myanmar (Burma), I was always intrigued by how technological development can impact a third-world country. The recent military coup in my country showcased how technology played a key role in allowing civilians to circumvent government control of information.
